We use 4014 SMD led chip in our panels, we choose the light source in the same bin ensuring a great consistency in color temperature of the finished panel light, SDCM<5 for different batches.

How to choose a driver?

---make sure that the required load is constant current mode or constant voltage mode

---choose the appropriate wattage according to the load including adequate safety margin

---confirm whether PFC function is needed

---check the working environment such as grid voltage, temperature and humidity, etc

---confirm what safety certificate to comply with

---if and which type of dimming is needed

---make sure the key components are qualified

---confirm if the manufacturer is formal

LGP (light guide plate)
Why us? Why not others?

use 4014(L40mm*W14mm)LEDs, then can match the light guide plate thickness 2.3~3mm perfectly, we use PMMA material for long-lasting quality.


Silk printing by Japanese ink, Nagase brand, very durable and reliable, uniform light output, high light transmittance rate


use 2835(L35mm*W28mm) LEDs, then should use light guide plate thickness at least 3mm, many companies use PS material for low cost.


PS LGP, cheap price, panel seems very vague and hazy when light up, uniformity is not that good, low light transmittance rate


After UV test for 12hours,

panel uses PMMA LGP is still with good uniformity


Panel won't become yellowish, even if used in the room where sunshine comes in.


Uniformity is good over years, very durable

After UV test for 12hours,

panel with PS LGP turns yellowish.


If panel is used in the room where sunshine comes in, PS LGP gets yellowish after 6-12 months, 

brightness drops and panel looks dark and ugly, optical parameters like CCT and SDCM change a lot, fast lumen decay
